Shipping Policy
Undeliverable Packages
  Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund per our standard product return policy (minus shipping and 15% stocking fee). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. Following the placement of the re-order, we will deduct the initial restocking fee. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us customerservice@greenlivingeveryday.com. Why Was My Package Undeliverable? Shipping carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons: Item is too big for a P.O. box. Items that are too ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address. Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click the "My Account / Order Status" link. Click the "Change Shipping Address" button. Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Address. The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you also have a PO Box address, it's best to use that address for your orders. All orders with "PO BOX" in the address are automatically shipped via U.S. Mail. Also, if you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the U.S. Postal Service only forward first-class mail and magazines, and will not forward packages. Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $200 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
