The Rainshow'r RCCQ Replacement Filter Cartridge is the replacement cartridge for the Rainshow'r CQ-1000 Shower Filter. NSF Tested and Certified for reduction of free chlorine.
The RCCQ should be replaced every 6 to 9 months for optimum performance.
Because Rainshow'r is an environmentally friendly company they have designed the RCCQ cartridges to be recyclable.

The Rainshow’r Crystal Bath Ball removes 90% or more of total chlorine in your bath water. When water comes in contact with the media filament inside the fabric pouch, the chlorine ions in the water are converted into a harmless chloride. The toxic effects of chlorine, chloriamines, and chlorine gas are eliminated with the aid of a special media called KDF-73 in filament form. The media is 70% pure copper and 30% pure zinc. Chlorine is removed quickly when the Crystal Ball is circulated through the bath water. The crystalline quartz mixed with the media reduces the molecular structure of water into smaller clusters enhancing sudsing and lathering of soap.

The CBTAD cartridge fits the Water Guardian ONLY.
The CBTAD filter reduces a wide range of contaminants including Cysts, Lead, PCBs, MTBE, Mercury, Asbestos, Chloramine, VOCs and many more other contaminants of health concern. Filter life/capacity is approximately 750 gallons. Manufacturer recommends replacing filter annually.
