HOW TO USE:
Halsa Accupressure Mat:
Place the Halsa mat on a flat surface. Carefully lay down with your back on the mat. Breathe deeply, relax and distribute your weight evenly. You may experience discomfort for a few minutes, but this will subside. For best results, use the mat against your bare skin for 15-20 minutes a day.

For the first few times using the halsa mat, you may want to place a thin sheet of cotton or a t-shirt between your body and the mat to reduce any discomfort. As you become used to the sensation, you will be able to remove the cloth layer and stay on the mat for longer periods of time. Use at any time of the day, as often as you like. Most people use it either first thing in the morning to start their day or just before bed.

Halsa Accupressure Pillow:
Place the Halsa pillow on a flat surface. Carefully lie down with the back of your head and neck against the pillow. For best results, try use the mat and pillow set for 15-20 minutes a day, in one sitting.

Like the mat, you can lie down with your bare skin directly on the pillow or with a thin cloth layer in between to soften the sensitivity of the spikes. If you use your pillow regularly, you will become more used to it and be able to remove the cloth layer. Use at any time of the day, as often as you like. Most people use it either first thing in the morning to start their day or just before bed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Pillow cover is washable. Remove foam core and hand wash cover. Allow to drip dry. Store in a cool, dry location.

PLEASE NOTE: This mat and pillow are not recommended for people who suffer from hemophilia or who take blood thinners, as they may risk bruising. Consult a physician if you are unsure.
