The dollhouse's energy-efficient design features a wind turbine, a solar panel with electrical inverter for generating electricity, a rain barrel for collecting rain, a biofascade which uses plant growth which helps control the appropriate temperature of the house, and a shade canopy that can be pulled down or lifted up to allow the right amount of sunlight and air circulation to come through.
