Your customer service is atrocious, and I will never shop at your company again. It is clear to me why the Better Business Bureau gives your company an “F” rating. I have called and emailed, with no reply from you. Why haven’t you sent the product? Is it on back order? That would have been nice to know, since of course, I needed it by Christmas. Thankfully a wonderful company called Amazon.com actually respected my order, and the doll house has already arrived, while my order with your company is still “processing.”
